Le Tour

For this loop we will take a short bus ride up the valley to the small alpine village of Le Tour. From there, we will climb to Refuge Albert, a stunning perch above the glacier where we will take a break and enjoy a snack.

Those still hungry for adventure can complete the full high alpine loop over Tête de Balme and along the ridgeline of the Aiguillette des Posettes before descending back to Le Tour.

For a more relaxed option, folks can head to Col de Balme and take the chairlift down to Le Tour before taking the bus back to the chalet in Argentière.
